Okay, I just saw what you mean, but I think that's supposed to be the Skopio's neck...
*At edit* *Points to first link* They ran into the actual creature that Telluris based the Skopio off of. They used parts of Telluris for Creature Skopio because it was easier than making a new design when that could've been what it was.
