It was day 5 of the week long cruise, and Kenji only left his room to eat. The rest of the time he was in his room, trying to figure out his energy blade. On the third day he was able to make it work, and after practicing a few cuts, he attempted to turn it off. That was relatively simple, but he couldn't figure out how to turn it back on again until the next day.
It seems that I gust have to think about activating the energy blade, and it will activate. Takes a lot of thought, though. I just got to keep practicing until it becomes second nature... By the end of the fourth day Kenji had successfully turned the blade on and off 7 times. On the fifth day, today, Kenji had turned it on and off several times. Although it wasn't exactly second nature yet, it was becoming fairly simple to activate it. Kenji proceeded to begin practicing with the blade itself, taking swings at the logs he had brought along.
Kenji had gone through five of his twelve logs when he figured he would take a break. He stepped out on deck and headed aft. It was then that he noticed that the decks were empty.
There hadn't been any hunter activity so far... And I'm really hoping that that doesn't change...OOC:
