Dawn felt an exterior force almost get them to the surface, but the source got hit by another force, though the jolt was enough for Dawn to be pushed to the top combined with Skye.

IC (Grazinvo):
He sat for a while, then got up. He swam 90 laps in the indoor pool. It was Olympic sized. Of course, he used KI. And yes, his arm WAS still broken.
