Oh great. Sakeo thought with an inaudible sigh, as he had a funny feeling that bad feeling was about to happen. So, he started to think quickly.
"So, I think M'Raize has a point; we can discuss all this later; correct? Correct?" Sakeo asked, talking quickly.

And nothing layout-wise will change. Mysterious airship's still hovering over desert and not been noticed by anyone... Weird mall-town is still there, but will be raided when we get back from the timeskip... Gated city is still to the north of said mall-city...

It's when we get to the sequel that things start getting massively changed, location wise. Unless you want to count a mysterious few places getting built like overnight. =P

OOC: Point of the time skip is because a) until then they've had absolutely no luck in finding the Chaos Guardians, and b) so that stuff can be explained away later; and to get closer to a certain date.

"Of course...Skyebird."  Aki rushed down the corridor before the others could see him, but for those who were listening, a faint sob could be heard.

Chris looked from one person to the next to the next, sensing the tension that filled the silence.  Feeling awkward, he tried his best to break it.  "So...pork chop, anyone?"

OOC: Cue timeskip. Like, next post.

*Six months later* *Silver car appears out of nowhere in a burst of electricity, ice, and smoke* ... Okay; maybe my calculations were a little off; so we had to take a trip through the dinosaur age, wasn't that awesome? =P

Six months later...

Kaze walked through the halls of the newly re-purposed Terakou Headquarters. Over the last few months, Kazuki had been slowly phasing out the school portions of the Headquarters, to focus on what seemed to be the slowly approaching battles against the Chaos Hunters, that were likely going to be even more dangerous than the last few. Kaze thought over what had happened. Since the whole incident involving Sonia getting captured, the Chosen Ones had been focusing their efforts fifty-fifty on trying to get info on where she was held, and locating the next Chaos Guardian. However, there hadn't been any information yet, which made Kazuki want to have a better chance at defending against threats... Which prompted the upgrade to the headquarters.

However; Kaze was now on his way to the new command centre, as there was supposedly new information on where the location of the third Chaos Guardian was.
Let's hope this is true... Kaze thought with a frown.

OOC: All Chosen Ones, meet in the new Command Centre!

And yes, I neglected to mention Terakou School getting a makeover... But that's only because the actual layout hasn't changed a bit. Yet.

 Noah was walking towards the new command center with M'raize, and ran directly into Kaze.

OOC: I read about Kaze's bad habit. =P

OOC: In case anyone's wondering, Chris has been digging massive tunnels beneath Terakou, including several branch mines and a minecart track to the next nearest town (though he hasn't finished the tunnel to the surface there yet).  He's surrounded Terakou with a cactus wall along the sides with sand, and has been working on placing enough sand around Terakou to finish it off.  He's also been pestering Kazuki to add a Resdtone wiring system to all the Terakou systems as a backup, as Redstone works even in no-electricity situations.  He's also been following Sakeo a lot.

InAki sighed.  Aki had gone from a megalomaniacal jerk to a moody cynic.  While normally that would be an improvement, the "moody" part meant that whenever Skye walked into the room, he had to come out.  It was getting obnoxious.  "Well, I guess I can explain the briefing to him afterward..." he muttered as he walked into the briefing room.  "InAki," he said by means of explanation.  The others nodded.  Aki's...unique relationship with his Inner Ki being had become something of an open secret over the past six months.  By now, they're almost used to it, he thought wryly.

Chris emerged from the mine shaft in the corner of the briefing room, covered in a glittering red powder.  "Found a vein of Redstone Dust," he explained.  "You know, we have MORE than enough to convert now..." he added pointedly.

"Yes, yes, we can work on that later, Chris." Kazuki said with a slight chuckle, as he looked over the people gathered, and noticed Noah, M'Raize and Kaze hadn't arrived yet, with a sigh.

Kaze tumbled backwards, and then sighed, as he looked up.
"Hi there Noah..." Kaze muttered, as he rubbed the back of his head.
Some day I'm going to figure out a forcefield ability, and knock everyone else backward, instead of just me. Kaze thought with another sigh.

 Noah scrambled back up on his feet. "Oh, sorry Kaze, I was just talking with M'raize and then you appeared and..." He lauged, and extended a hand to help him up. "You alright?"

 M'raize stood a small distance back, laughing quietly at the scene that had just happened. "You need to stop making a habit of doing that Kaze."
