The sound made Kenji tense slightly. There was a hint of malice and evil in the voice, but it was familiar otherwise.

"It's about time you got here. I was getting tired of waiting."

Kenji was surprised. The figure still had his back turned, and yet seemed to know where Kenji was standing. And he seems to know that I was elsewhere before here...

"You're right Kenji. I am different than the two you faced earlier. Those were situations that had occured before, modified to suit my tastes. And I watched them all from here. Not only that, but Kai is a rather strong fighter to boot."

Kenji was rather stunned. "What do you mean?! How could you possibly know any of this?!"

The figure laughed, a horrible sound. "Kenji you fool. Do you not see where you are?"

Kenji glanced around, hoping to find an answer. He didn't.

IC(Training Room):
Kenji swung his katana, the shockwave knocking Kai to the side. Kenji then suddenly appeared beside Kai and punched him hard. Kai went flying, but took not of a jolting sensation that hadn't been there before...

IC (Top secret):
It was utterly cold. The sand beneat me cushioned my fall, but the impact was still severe enough for me to forget pretty much everything but the last few seconds.
I remember being trapped in a non corporeal way, and then I remember falling. That was all. Instinct tells me that I have a weapon on my back, and I take it. I suddenly remember what it is...

:
Huh... I wonder... if this is what the professor said would happen... Kai said, grunting as he righted himself, the hood blowing off his head, exposing his blond spiky hair, as Kai stared at Kenji, and tilted his head to the side.
"Well... Maybe I should stop holding back soon."

OOC: I so don't want to do this, but it'd be SOOOO epic =P Reason I don't want to reveal it, is because it'd be so much sweeter when it gets revealed later. Just, give Kai a chance to get his hood back on after this, it'd have an important part later.

IC (Top Secret):
I looked around. The landscape was a desert, and it was very hot. I decided to climb a dune to survey my surroundings completly.

IC (Kaze)
:
Kaze blocked the two swords by turning his longsword to the side, and then swung his sword at Allen's shoulder, trying to find an opening of some sort.

[Destroyer Behemoth]

IC (Allen):
Allen flicked one of his swords to the side to cover his shoulder just before Kaze's attack struck. He then placed his other sword on top of the longsword to make some sandwich of sorts. Allen started to turn his two swords, in hopes of twisting Kaze's hand or disarming him.

IC (Kaze)
:
Kaze tried to move along with the twisting, and aimed a kick at Allen's side, as he was getting twisted.

[Destroyer Behemoth]

IC (Allen):
Being distracted, Kaze's kick hit its target. Although there was nothing serious to hurt there, his flesh was pushed against the chain link connected to his back, and the fragile nerves that were around it. Allen hissed in pain, straining his eyes closed tightly.

Allen managed to pull Kaze's sword down further enough for his liking. Quickly, he put his foot on Kaze's sword's blade, and pushed himself upward into the air. His swords disconnected from the longsword. During his few seconds in the air, Allen thrust his swords into the ceiling, and brought down the lights that were above the two of them.

IC (Kaze)
:
Kaze, startled, instinctively blocked himself with the longsword, though it wasn't big enough for his liking, so he got sliced with some of the glass shards from the lights. Then, he stabbed towards Allen, wanting to end this fight quickly.

IC (Allen):
Allen moved his body away from Kaze's sword, and maneuvered his swords to keep the chain from getting stricken. He then turned around and slashed at Kaze, being careful with his footing around the debris of the lights on the floor.

Kaze, on the other hand, didn't care, and just ran at Allen.
Why is he taking so much care in not letting those chains get hit? Kaze thought, and realized that may be the chance he was looking for, and slashed at Allen, aiming for the chains.

IC (Allen):
The longsword clashed with the chains, much to Allen's dismay. Kaze's weapon tugged at them with much force. Allen was immobilized in pain from the source of the links, and could barely hold back an agonizing scream. He tried to move his arms, to almost no avail.

Kaze noticed the effect on Allen, and lifted the sword off, keeping it at his side.

IC (Allen):
Allen shook slightly as the pain remained, shakily jabbing one of his swords into the floor for balance support. He bit his tongue. It had been so long since he had suffered this much from these chains; he just was never prepared for such an event.

Kaze didn't want to fight unfairly, so he just stood there while Allen regained himself and such.

Meanwhile, Kazuki had finally finished healing Novia, and was panting, he was almost positive he had finished in time...

IC (Allen):
Allen let out a heavy breath, and steadied himself up straight. "I'm not one to surrender, and I won't," Allen said to Kaze. "But I think you've won this fight."

IC (Novia):
"Oh man..." Novia mumbled, feeling a natural weakness in her body. She wiggled her fingers a bit, and tried to relax. Boy, she could use a pancake right now.

IC(?? ? ??):
"You currently are, and have been in...

Your mind."

Kenji's eyes widened slightly with the realization. Now everything makes sense! The fights, the machine, everything! He glanced up at the machine before him, the endless number of cords pulsing with electricity. So that's what mty mind looks like from the inside... Wow...

"Let me tell you something, Kenji. Do you know why you're here?" Kenji shook his head. "It's simple, really. I'm going to kill you and take over your body. Then I'll destroy everything you care for and take over the world with my power."

Kenji could fell the evil intent in the figure's voice; he wasn't kidding. "Never!" he responded. I'm the only one who can control my mind!"

"Muhaha... Heh heh heh... HA! You don't get it, do you Kenji?" The figure turned; Kenji's eyes widened further. "I AM you!"

IC(Training Room):
Kenji roared in response, leaving Kai's hair slightly standing on end. But not from fear... No, there was a different reason for it, but Kai didn't have the time to figure it out at the moment. Kenji had already appeared before him and fired a purple Ki blast point blank, with blue streaks streaming through it.

:
Kai barely teleported away in time, and smirked, then held his shortsword out in front of him in his right hand.
"Ki summon! Ki longswords!" Kai called out, a Ki blade extending from the end of the shortsword's blade, and another Ki sword generating from the edge of his hand, which was out flat, like it was a sword itself...

IC (Kaze)
:
"... Ok..." Kaze said, and stood there, not exactly quite sure what to do.

IC (Kazuki)
:
Kazuki sighed, and laid against one of the walls.
That... Took a lot out of me.

OOC: Lemme guess, he has no name, but the fans will now refer to him as Ijnek? =P

IC(Kenji's Mind):
The other "Kenji" wasn't lieing. Sort of. He was Kenji, but the colors he had were completely inverted. For example, where Kenji had black, he had white. Where he had blue, "Kenji" had orange. And so on and so forth. Aside from that, his skin/hair color was completely white.

It was Bleach Parody Day all over again. Kenji had no choice but to facepalm.

Before Kenji could even blink, though, "Kenji" was flying at him, a white katana swinging wildly. It was all Kenji had to raise his right arm and create an energy blade to block.

"Not bad. But you forgot what I said. I'm going to kill you!"

Suddenly Kenji got hit by an unexpected jolt, sending his mind's mind elsewhere.

IC(Training Room):
Kenji fired another purple with blue streaks Ki blast, followed by a Ki "wave" from a swing of his katana. The "wave" was colored like the blast.

Kai teleported out of the way, and started panting, and smirked again, looking at his arm, which apparently had gotten hit.
"OK then... Time to stop going so easy on you." Kai said, unleashing an aura of Ki as he cracked his neck to both sides, and got into a battle position, grinning widely all the time.

IC (Kaze)
:
Kaze sighed, and turned back towards the others, and walked up to Kazuki, and handed him back his Longsword, and Kazuki nodded, as Kaze grabbed onto the shoulders of Dawn and Novia, and teleported back to the entrance to the training room, and the group walked back in...
