Which he did, causing wind mixed with light to fly around him for a second, and as it ended, it showed him in the form he had sometimes took that was the result of him losing that fight against Ikaki. He realized now that it was a corruption, and that now, he had full control over it.
"You messed with the wrong Chosen One, Neo." Kaze said, as Neo started to laugh, and Kaze sent a charged Ki Blast towards Neo's arm, which hit and surprised Neo, as Kaze looked at Neo with hatred in his eyes.
"Today you die."
