Powers: Chaos Hunters always have;
Strength that's mostly higher than Chosen Ones
They can jump higher than Chosen Ones mostly
They can run faster mostly
They can overall beat Chosen Ones in physical activities most of the time
They basically have control over the world, and their backups are many. They have strength in numbers
They can't access any Ki-based abilities though, because they haven't been able to capture a Chosen One, they always seem to have help.
Class: Dark Apprentice >=D
Weapons: Self-generating Energy Stun Gun built into left arm, can generate energy sword in that arm as well

Bio:
Black Hunter is the most recent additions to the Chaos Hunters, and is already ploughing through all training he's been given. He's lost his memory, and has thus forgotten everything about himself, including his real name. He joined the Chaos Hunters primarily because he believes The Chosen Ones had something to do with his lost memory.

In combat, B. Hunter generally takes a more cautious approach than other Chaos Hunters. He's discovered, to his surprise, his physical capabilities are roughly 2.5 times that of a standard human his age.  He's annoyed by all other Chaos Hunters, and sees them as more of an obstacle than anything else. He only stays with them because A. They provide him a good form of trainingand B. They gave him this cool arm cannon/sword. =D 

Personality: Generally annoyed, indifferent, etc.
Faction: Chaos Hunter
Character Description: Basically just a kid with an arm gun. =P
Type of Blast: (from energy gun) Generally stuns target, capable of leaving unconscious
Accessories: Nintendo DSi (I couldn't resist =P)

Faction: Chosen One
Weapons: Energy Katana, Vibro-Gauntlets, Ki Cannons that come out of shoulder pads.
Ki Powers: Ki Blasts, Mind Reading, Teleknisis
Bio:
Grazinvo Haon is an Italian-American who is gruff in his approach. He has epiphanies and visions daily, and he attributes that to his ability as a Chosen One. He lets his actions speak, but his words of motivation could beat the Chaos Hunters if they wanted to. He also is quick and silent at the right (and wrong) times. He sees his teammates as long-lost brothers, and he is the element that keeps his group working.

Cannon Blast type: Charged
Cannon Ammo: Rechargable
Character Summary: A tough, shrewd Chosen One whose actions speak a good language.
Acessories: Charm; Pocket Watch; Calculator (It's gonna come in handy later)
Appearance: Tall, Lanky, Dark-Skinned, Black Hair, Afro, Darkwash Jeans, Leather Boots,  Leather Long-Sleeved Jacket.

Looks pretty good so far. But you're somehow missing around half your profile, lol.

And now that we have an edit, I can comment on the rest, lol.

Infinite ammo is a no-go; I'd draw a limit at ~200 before he has to reload.
And surely you can make a more descriptive Personality and Description.
And you're still missing his other powers, unless you make the cannons his only power. In that case (Provided it's using Ki ammo), almost-infinite ammo might be a possibility; you'd still have to count for fatigue.

Fix those up, and you should be approved.

Be somewhat detailed. It really does help out both us and yourself when you do that. =D
