Music: There should be instructions for it on the edit page part... Just replace what it shows with a URL for your music and the band name.

Image: Eliminate the Image URL thing, putting the URL for the image in it's place, but the Star Force 3 thing I was using would work for me Tongue
But where do I get the URL for my music? Do I have to put it on a free hosting site or something?
