I need Elements and Totemic Parts REALLY badly. I don't know why but they seem to be rare. It's like what Gypsum, Loose Sparks and Pipes are if you aren't on a Symbiosis plan.

Totemic parts, rare? Just go to the Networkers pages and trade them. As for the Elements, get an Element module up and running.
