Why am I not blinded by this skin?  But I like the background. A lot. Sometimes the text can be hard to read... But meh. Also your screenshot has a silly white box on top. |

... That's the problem though... The banner's transparent, so the only true black is the black that the Matrix backgrounds give, but I can easily fix that by having the background black, and one black(Hold the banner if it overflows), one blue(One of the normal post boxes), and one another shade of blue(The sub-forum link box on the main forum page) with white text. Of course, I may totally wrong and this could have a separate option for that banner spot, and I'm just overreacting of course...

Yeah I made the banner transparent so that I wouldn't have to mimic the gradient at the top.
Is it possible to have different banners for different skins? If so I could change the colors to match the non-Matrix skins.

Heh, you used Gimp's supernova script, didn't you? The only bad thing about this new skin is that the sorta bronze colored headers don't match the rest of the skin as well, especially in the forum banner's gradient. I still think a direct copy of MLN's theme would be possible. I'll make a prototype soon. |
