If resizing/centering can be done with CSS, I can just send a copy/pasted update into each of the CSS style files. The reason it didn't work, was because of the loading factor of the header files, which aren't hard coded into the site... If it was hard coded, there'd be no lag for anything, styleswapper included. Or, at least, no lag for it appearing.
If the centering can't be done, it can be sudo centered; by simply including transparent pixels in the image until it's centered... But, then it won't be centered on higher resolution displays.
