Tyler pulled out a blueprint and went up the third door, and moments later found an electrical panel. He stuck a small device to it and ran out with Daniel, and the small EMP went off. "that should take care of any power left in the building." he explained.

The guards begin throwing arc welders at you.  Lit arc welders.  You pause to wonder how they are staying lit, before you see several more welder-wielding guards arrive on the scene.

IC: Viktor leaned over his desk, quite cheerfully he chuckled. He leans back for a moment and reaches into his desk drawer, moments later he picks up the handgun that was safely stored in it and puts it on the desk.

A guard forces open the elevator doors, but manages to slip and fall to his death.  Conveniently enough, a quick glance inside the shaft shows the car at the top of the shaft, and the floor beneath the office floor is open.

Tyler shivered. how did those speakers survive the emp? he thought to himself, and then climbed up into the elevator. He then helped daniel up. The doors on the elevator were closed. Tyler pulled out a parang, wedged it between the doors, and pried them open about a half inch. Peeking through he noticed the CEO, Albert Saintclaire, fiddling with several circuit boards. He had 4 guards with him.
