For some reason, when I boot into Windows XP it will only let me use (for lack of a better word) 3 GB of RAM. That's still enough memory for gaming.
light to medium gaming anyways. Not enough to even run skyrim properly.
And that's because windows powered 32 bit computers can only recognise about 3.5 gb ram. Its a windows and CPU shortcoming, not your computer's fault
It should be able to run Skyrim.

Not well, sure, but functionally.
