Brown is usually afflicted with stone... So maybe that's my element? Since he knew almost nothing about breaking stone, he settled for trying to make them float.
Surprisingly enough, the rocks rose very easily. He tried to make them fly into the sides and out of the way, but they remained in place. Using his mace, he swung at them, causing them to continuously fly into the walls and break.
