Anna said, slightly disappointed with that turn of events, but given that she had no clue how to actually have a conversation with the girl in question right then, it wouldn't matter much anyway, whether she argued or not. Besides, at least she saved Anastasia, right? She felt like that was a good choice right there.

IC: The rain still had not let up. The sky was darker than ever, and many businesses had been shut down due to flooding. The water was over a foot deep in places, and many roads were unusable.


OOC: No, this has nothing to do with the fact that IT HAS BEEN RAINING FOR THREE STRAIGHT DAYS TEXAS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS WEATHER.

Anna stopped, and frowned. That seemed too... sketchy of a power outage. Why would things have cut out on the TV first? Anna slowly and cautiously looked around, unsure of what was going on.
