I realize what the requirements are...
Old Timer: You HAD to have been from the first Club Pages, and joined the second club pages, effectively giving you the award, which you needed to get the badge given out after it was actually released. But, a glitch gave out the award to everyone who join after July 2007 or so. Actually, it was when Play was just being released
Kanoka Club: You had to have gotten the Kanoka Infected Mask award.
SPAs: Unknown requirements, but you earned them if you had a lot of points and such, but you didn't earn them if you were using the links to get all of them(I earned mine the right way
