Lemme just clarify that refresh part.
This is how Quick Reply works; if there's no new replies before your post, then it'll normally just post the post, without anything happening, and just add it after the last post. But, if you haven't disabled the notification if new replies have been made before your post thing and there's only one new post, it'll refresh the page when posting. But, if there's more than one new reply and you haven't disabled it, it'll bring you to the post reply screen saying that there's been new replies and you might wanna look over your post again. And when there's a lot of people replying to the same thing at the same time, that can get annoying and is how I always get PRed then =P
