I cut a large piece off of it, near the tip... about the size of a raisin... and it didn't stop bleeding after four hours of being bandaged and gaused that my dad decided to take me to the hospital. Apparently it was worse than we'd thought when it happened, and the emergency doctor recommended I see a plastic surgen. The good thing about the whole finger thing is that I haven't felt pain(although if you think of it as nerve damage then it's not great, but I think in the present, and not future...)
