My mom was having issues with her VPN and VOIP software not working. She is part of a test group for the company she works for, and they are testing to see if people can work from home. The VPN network kept losing connection, and IE wasn't loading because of it. ActiveX was messed up because of what the tech guy told her to do, so I had to fix that as well.
Then, the VOIP software wouldn't connect, because the VPN network connection was turned off. I had to trick the computer into enabling the network again, because it was convinced that the network was "broken", when it really wasn't. Then, I had to reinstall Java and Cisco, repair Aveya, and connect the VPN network to the VOIP.
