Yes. It is especially funny to hear two people attempt to have a conversation but they are completely misunderstanding each other. They think they are on the same page, but they might as well be having a conversation with themselves. My parents do it all the time. =P
that's the only way my parents can talk to each other
but it usually ends up as an argument.

Ugh. I sometimes try to cut in and explain that they are both talking about completely different things. They eventually settle with something completely different to talk about.
