Portal has blood, Portal 2 does not.
However, I know how to (And have) removed the blood from Portal. PM me for details.
It took me two hours of research to find out how, but it takes less than 2 minutes to actually do (It's a seemingly obscure technique).

It's quite simple, actually. Don't get shot by the turrets. I don't know why everyone has such trouble with that...
My way works even if you do get shot.
@MsRR: You do need to keep it on your computer to play Portal. If you uninstall Steam, Portal will uninstall with it.
It doesn't take much hard drive space, don't worry.
