I'm just curious about it; given that I don't have a PS3 to begin with. =P I did hear about the glitches, and was intrigued about that slightly. Wasn't fully certain what it entailed. =P But yeah, I likely won't, unless I'm really stuck for games.
I might get the Half Life complete if I go the PC route though(But given that I'd need a better computer, that might take a little while).
In fact, I still need to even play Portal... Should try that when I get back(And finish Half Life 2. =P).
On that note, however, I've been playing the Xbox version of Half Life 2. And it's honestly not bad, aside from a couple framerate drops in some areas. Not the worst game I've played though, but I bet that the PC version would be flawless all over the place, minus graphics depending on what PC I play it on. =P But, that said, it's not mine, so... =P
Now, question, HL2 has multiplayer, right? If so, then I know exactly what the XBox dropped to get everything to work well. =P

The GoldSrc engine games (Half-Life, Opposing Force, Blue Shift, Team Fortress Classic) should work fine even on an older computer. I can't make any guarantees about Source games.
Also the console versions of TF2 suck. No unlockable items, no upgrading dispensers or teleporters, and worst of all no hats,
which are the whole point of the game anyways.
Half-Life 2's multiplayer is a separate Steam game called Half-Life 2: Deathmatch.
