As a matter of fact, yes. My mother was raised in Anaheim and my father was raised in Van Nuys. My father gets to retire next year after working for three decades in the school system, my mother is an office manager at a local elementary school, and I have started summer vacation from school.
America does not have a monopoly over lazy, stupid people. No country does. Like what MsRR said, it's what you do as an individual that counts, not the country you were born in.
