It flopped badly on Wii too. The first one sold 1.1 million in the first month, 2 only sold 200K.

I think it has to do with straight re-use of the same game engine, with the exact same problems, with additional annoying problems tacked on.

It's too late to return the game now, but I'm valiantly refusing to play it until I finish the first one (i.e. all pins and other content collected).

I love the concept, but the execution was definitely well within "meh" territory.
