Sounds like it might be interesting to check out sometime, then. =) Definitely does sound like something I'd be interested in; the only issue would be finding time for it...
It's intended to be played in small chunks, 10-15 minutes at a time, a few times a day--sort of like checking email. The blurb on the login screen says it best:

For me it sounds a bit complicated... which means it is probably a GREAT game.
It's as complicated or as simple as you'd like. The interface is simple, the trickiness only comes if you WANT to try to optimize or get rich or something.
