I don't have a job atm.. I've dabbled with putting stuff on istock as a little side thing but no real job.
I'm not fully sure what I'm gonna do next year.. the way tertiary education works here is you apply for universities through an external third party (it's mandatory, that's just how it works), you give them your preferences and they sort it all out and give you a final result. the HSC gives you an ATAR mark (a number typically between 1-100, 99.9 being the near-unachievable top) which I believe is your percentile in the state... they're hush about the whole process, there's lots of scaling and weighing marks from tests involved. But point is, most uni courses have a minimum atar requirement. What I'm currently looking at doing is either digital media or game development, both of which need atars around 90. Which is doable but I had to put the effort in. It's another month and a half before we get that number though, so until then it's pretty much just a 'get on with your life' period
