I've done all I can in X until Pokemon Bank comes out.
You could always chain Ditto in Pokemon Village with the radar--if you chain above 60, every Ditto in the chain from that point on is
guaranteed to have
3 perfect IVs (compared to Friend Safari's guaranteed 2), which will save you a LOT of time when you go to breed the Bank 'mons.
