1. The actions of few does not void the actions of all.
2. People do not listen to rude people. Especially when they start having childish insults thrown at them.
3. Working with other people; as in those that will help you; towards a common goal is not a 'dumb idea' and you should not hate those that want to help you. It worked before.
4. To be taken seriously, you must act like an adult and not like a toddler with a temper tantrum.
5. If you're going to preach something, be ready to teach it.
6. Hate does not lead to success. Hate will lead to others hating you back.

Many groups, and sub-groups, could be vastly improved by following the above IMO. Well, actually, lots of people, no matter who they are.
