Also, just out of curiosity, is it recommended to play from an External HDD? That'll likely be my only way to play on my laptop, and unless I can get Portal and TF2 to work on my desktop...

I don't really want to touch anything until I have all my answers. =P

My laptop's hard drive is questionable, and isn't exactly big anyway. I have 40 gigs or so left, but I figure I'd eat through that rather quickly, if I'm forced to use that for a lot of things.

Of course, that'd probably be one thing upgraded, if I ever massively upgraded that. Though when it comes down to it, when I upgrade, I might just get a new system, period. =P Save that one for pixel art, because Windows 7 is silly for that, due to Paint's downgrade.

So many things. For one, although you zoom in... the pixel area doesn't. You have to hit one specific line to colour one specific pixel, and it's so finicky, it can accidentally colour another pixel: A problem XP's Paint doesn't have. =/

Team Fortress 2 as well. =P And anything else I'd find and want to get... But I get your point. I'll just let that go. =P

*has been playing WAY too much Technic pack*

I'm farming mushrooms to get diamonds so I can build energy collectors so I can transmute light into iron so I can build Generators to craft into Solar Panels so I can build Solar Arrays so I have enough power to run the Rotary Macerator I'll create from Advanced Machine Blocks so I can get maximum dust from my ores so I can have enough materials to build a Geothermal Generator with a Teleport Pipe above the basalt volcano near my house so I'll have UNLIMITED POWAH!!111!1!! so I can build advanced machinery to mine out all the goodies in the area before the blasted Taint gets into the tunnels and eats it all. Glare  Once I have enough of those goodies, I'll be able to construct crazy stuffs in order to make Totems of Dawn so I can knock back said Taint.  THEN I'll be able to start just "playing around" with stuff. Tongue

Oh, blast, I've forgotten to loot that chest from the conquered dungeon for three full real-world days now.  I'd better stow my gear and go down to get it...

It's a mod, though I haven't looked up much about it. Apparently, it's much larger than normal Minecraft, form what I've been hearing.
