ouch... I broke 3 toes once running into a concrete wall. I was running and the floor was wet and I wanted to stop but kept sliding until I hit the wall.
But no, I have no idea what I did to it. My dad thinks my nerves might be super sensitive or something like that.

We used to have a bowflex... then we sold it because we moved.
But, yeah, I know what you mean about the arms. Sometimes it does that when I go to the gym to work out.
But I've never heard of anything happening on the ankle...
