Well, there's a more detailed overview on RPGM, but essentially it's that there's two groups, the Chosen Ones(which, as a spoiler, will get a new name in around Chapter 6 or so) are fighting against the Chaos Hunters, who have labeled them evil because of Neo's influence, and the fact that the run in 6 years in the past(The prologue) left him in defeat and a scar because of a Chosen One. The Chosen Ones can manipulate energy, which is called Ki. The Chosen Ones are based in the city of Terakou, where there's a school that acts as their base, as it's a heavily modified building. Right now, a small group of Chosen Ones, which others can join as soon as Kai makes a response back to Terakou, are looking for one of their fellow members named Sonia. Kaze and three others are putting on a concert in front of one of the Chaos Hunter bases to distract them, while Kai and Dawn, two other Chosen Ones, infiltrate the tower to look for Sonia.
