No, Daleks are just tin cans that can speak English or German. Really, they can speak German.

Yeah... Journey's end was like: "Oh look... everyone is here.... theys all have a big reuinion and save the earth... YAY!!!"
And for that reason... that why Rexus is evil (I don't want him to get in a big group with all the Heroes and start saving galaxies... its just too... happy.).

That was a tribute to them, as Daleks were based of of Nazis, or so I heard.

I also think Daleks are really overused in the new series... why are they always there? I'd rather see more Sontaran stuff or Mondasian Cybermen...

Apparently the first episode of the 11th Doctor's series involve WWII, British, German... and a Dalek.

At least it isn't hugely over the top like Journey's End or The Parting of the ways.
