I have a new favorite tablet  Grin

lemme rephrase - I have a new favorite tablet i can actually (in theory) afford!

Acer Iconia A100 is a 7" Android 3.2 tablet with great specs for as low as $299!

I've never set my sights above anything more than a nook color, because all the others are so expensive, but this, this is only a little bit more money for so much more device!

many people do not do anything that justifies a PC. A tablet can do everything they need. And for may more people past that (even me), a PC is only needed as a secondary device. If i had a 3.X tablet all i would use my laptop for is
a) music/photo storage
b) autocad
c) a couple school programs
d) LDD

anytime i see a review like that, i laugh. they always get first rum/prerelease models, usually second hand, and then review them. and then they're overly critical.
