I hear Half-Life has plenty of both, but I haven't had the time to play it yet.

And TF2 (Here we go again...) actually involves a lot of strategy if you're playing against good people. If you're just playing on a simple server against simple people it's just point and shoot, but on a better server you can really coordinate. It's a game that makes teamwork feel good.

And Minecraft, of course. Can't forget that.
