It was borderline 3rd degree burn, and since it was a pretty large area they weren't sure what to do exactly.... But I'm home now, bandaged up and on pain killers... Can't really move my arm much, so it looks like i'll be resting the next couple days.

MsRR: had a sterno (something we light to keep food hot) fall on my arm, which caught it on fire.... Not something I EVER want to experience again. They gave me 3 types of pain medicine, but I'm trying to stay off them because of how I react with them...

At the very least her medical bills & lost wages need to be covered, and if there is scarring or diminished use of her arm in any way, the employer is responsible in he US. It's the law.
I am not saying she should sue, just know her rights and find out her employer's intentions.
