Only Apple products can run XCode. The Mac lab on campus has 8 year old Mac Desktops that can barely run Safari. >_> They tried loading XCode on them, and it caused them to crash. So, yes, it was a requirement to buy one after those failed. 69341
I thought you said you had to get a Pro, because the air wasn't powerful enough?
The air was actually more powerful than the Pro, at least the model I was looking at getting. Pro's don't come with a SSD, Air's do. Besides, Kip's going to buy it off me after I'm done using it for the class. MsRR: I'm sick too It was sinusitis as of Tuesday morning (had been feeling bad since Sunday night), but I worked around 30 hours in 2 days, and went to school for 8 hours... so by Wednesday morning (1am is when I finally got off work), I had a fever and my throat was swollen nearly shut. So.... turns out I have a really bad case of strep. In a completely unrelated note, since when did the post preview box get so... small??? I can't see anything in it. |
