On the 2005 Club pages, I used to accept everyone's FR, since I didn't care about the "stars". Now, I get FRs from random Rank 1 users, and I rejected them all. I had some from MLNTips Active Users Club, but I mostly rejected their requests.

I did too, but that was one of the reasons I couldn't pass Rank 3 in Beta; because my Private view slowed down so much I couldn't do a thing. My current comp might have been able to take a few, but still...
