Don't mind that new skin guys, just working on a new project, if it works, you might actually see me making skins with background images(Though, it won't scroll... You might wanna see Bs01 for how it WOULD look. I'd make sure to make it be the right colour at the bottom to prevent clashing colours.)

Not a program, text. Or rather CSS coding. I was testing a way to have one banner be at the top, and the end of the colour run down the rest of the page, and it mostly seems to be a success, But I think I need a larger background image type for when it starts(Might need CRX or Tim for that =P) getting those types made, and it'd have to wait until a certain thing is remodeled. *Looks over at CRX*
