Yet again, this is the 4th time this year, a relative of mine died... at the age of 39.. I think when I'm at 40 I'm not going to eat much Steak, or fat.... at all, maybe a bit, but not a ALL FAT food service... the High Blood cholesterol, will break the blood vessels... making stroke or heart attack...I'll go with Heart Attack, just not the stroke, I care for my brain, too much..
