Did you know you could switch to the more traditional user interface if you wanted to?
I know you can switch to a more traditional interface. However; it's not exactly the easiest to switch to from what I've heard.
Did you also know the reason why Windows 8 won't support flash is because HTML 5 can embed videos straight away?
Did you know that Flash isn't just used for videos? If Flash is eradicated, you can say goodbye to our arcade, since that runs on, get this,
Flash.
Flash: I'm not dead!
Microsoft: He's terribly ill.
Flash: I'm getting better!
Microsoft: No you're not, you'll be stone dead in a moment.
Did you also know that 'he' thinks it is best to not have an opinion as of yet?

*Sighs* The Beta/'Developer preview' is out AFAIK(Else how are we getting so many images of the start screen and such...?); so technically we can have opinions.
However; even so, all these are, are pre-release opinions. We have pictures and news stories. Obviously we'll form some sort of idea of what the OS will be like from that. Whether it's right or wrong doesn't apply to that, because it's pre-release. Look at the tons of people who say 'do not want' to terrible posed CGI for LEGO sets, and yet when they get the sets, praise them as the best. Same thing here; except bigger, since it's something you'd interact with more or less on a daily basis.
Plus, stuff like the Windows Store is more or less a silly idea... They claim it's so stuff will work properly; but since when have they cared about that? The only reason they introduced that, is because they saw Apple doing it, saw Apple was making tons of money, said 'Hey, we like money, this makes money, let's do this!', and will probably even still make
money. This is a company, and they like money. Get what I'm saying? But that doesn't automagically make the idea a good one.
Rakoua: That brings up a good point... They just released 7 like a year or two ago(I forget the exact date); why would people upgrade so quickly when there's nothing wrong with the OS this time? Unless M$ introduced some sort of timebomb in the coding of the OS so when 8 comes out, the old 7 OS won't work correctly, but
just enough so you don't lose your data... But are still forced to upgrade.
