Dinner was awesome. We a wonderful leg of lamb, marinating in 16 spices and wine since Good Friday, baby red and baby gold potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise, baby peas with pearl onions, and home made challah. .  I spent over an hour stuffing slivers of garlic & shallots into slits in the lamb before marinating. It was AWESOME. Sean cooked the asparagus perfectly.. everything was ready at the same time... everyone enjoyed. I baked a lemon poppyseed cake for dessert
That will be me you hear groaning on the treadmill into the wee hours. Makai is with his Mom, so on Tuesday we will have a SMALL ham and sweet potatoes. Hello, treadmill, it's me, I know it's been a long long time....
