the forums would be down (this inconveniences the users A LOT
the hacker would be taunting the admins
actually, I disagree. Everything you listed there happened with the Toa v prank on bs01, and this hacker sounds almost exactly the same - uses a lot of the same phrases and references toa v did as well.
