While it may not always apply, you begin to see a pattern regarding something throughout history, and you can connect it with modern events similar to the something. And then you can predict an outcome. That has probably happened before. Many, many times in relation to the something.
yes, but all I ever hear that phrase used for nowadays is people using it to say that Obama is just like hitlesr, Stalin, Castro, ect. >_>
