Flipz, according to his profile, is 21 so I'll hazard a guess and say neither. Although why do you even have what I assume to be parental controls on your computer when you're 21 years old? Unless it's not your own computer, in which case, you probably should acquire your own, and is therefore yours, not theirs, and therefore with a computer you own it is your decision to decide what happens to it.

I don't "own" the Steam account (even I've paid for every game I have on it -_- ); it's "technically" my father's (even though he thinks video games and the internet community in general are evil).
I generally have zero say in my own life unless I live it behind his back.
