Well, if the NDA has been lifted, then here's my impression of it.
It's...OK. It doesn't feel like an Elder Scrolls game. there's no real exploration, the story doesn't flow, the world isn't that "real" feeling...
In Skyrim, you can spend dozens of hours exploring random caves and have it be satisfying. That's not in this game. There aren't any side-areas to explore "just because".
My verdict? if it were for a one time fee of say, $30, I'd buy it. But...yeah, I can in good conscience tell anyone to buy it. Oh, and the graphics kinda suck.
My verdict: 4/10. Don't waste your money. Wait for the inevitable Free-To-Play conversion.
