BTW, how was everyone's Halloween?
Usually, if I'm asked to compete in any competitions, I do 80 meter hurdles and long jump. XD
I just started training with a new coach, who's from TX and it's hard work for sure XD We did 600m of lunges which was absolutely exhausting and our whole team felt like they were gonna puke.... D:
My PB's currently stand at:
75m hurdles: 14:00 seconds
Long Jump: 4.50meters (14.76 feet)
I'm aiming for minimum 5 meters (16.4 feet) next season, and hopefully this new coach will help me achieve much more ))) Maybe even a place in nationals next summer

(And no, I don't do XC because I am awful at long distance. I have absolutely no stamina. XDXDXD)

Those are some awesome goals! I have no idea how jumpers do it. I wanted to try steeplechase, but I have no flexibility, so people cruising over hurdles amazes me! Don't push yourself too hard, good recovery makes the workout count

I used to run XC in HS and college (5K in HS, 8K in college) and for track I ran the 2 mile in HS and 10K in college. I quit due to a lack of love for the sport and increase in school workload though =[
WOW. STAMINA, MUCH. O_O I could never run those races. I can just about not faint from doing a 800m warm up and cool down at training LOL XD
We did 600m worth of LUNGES yesterday at training and this is going to be our workout for the rest of the month O_O

I've only just started properly training at a club, so hopefully I'll be able to progress on my 4.50m that I've achieved without training

I'm going to try continue with sport when I go to university. It's better to stay fit than fat

Knowing me, I'll probably eat so much and start gaining tons of weight if I don't do sport LOL XD
