I would say that it is bad grammar to have a run on sentence and makes you look less educated and less literate than people who do not write run on sentences and that you should try to avoid them and learn to be succinct whenever possible even tho it can be fun to write very very long sentences sometimes, although it can also be somewhat tiring as well.
