No, because he'd be around slot 6-7-8. Even when Hquiff(I don't care if it's wrong really...) is taken off so Rakoua can be on in his rightful spot) is on, if Rak was on, he'd be around those spots.

There's always five that are always up there: CRX, MLN-Arcade, Uraw, Jedimaster Syfodias, and Pizzapocket. Plotkin and JPMI are almost always up too. But, Rak's before those two whenever he's up, and Plotkin currently has spot 6.(I should click Rak's page so that's changed) But, if it went right... I'd say Rak'd be in Spot 7, Plotkin in spot 8, JPMI after Plotkin, and whoever else after JPMI, with hquiff in between Arcade and Uraw.
