Heh, true. I only asked because I jsut so happened to get a light Ball Pikachu on my first encounter in X/Y. xP

Oooh, very nice. =D Phanphy is before the elite four, though? Been so long since I've played through Emerald. >>'

Use running for that, unless it's indoors; they automatically look toward you in everything before X/Y(That seems to be different in that? Not quite sure, honestly. xP). Very helpful for trying to get the non-standard double battles in Emerald. =P
