I have Pokemon Diamond, and currently, I am trying to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex by actually catching the Pokemon. So far, 113 caught. Eventually, I will complete the National Pokedex, IF I can access Wi-Fi. When I complete my Pokedex, then I will assemble my Wi-Fi Team.

Well,roserade is weak to psychic,so you may want to teach a bug move for countering,if it will learn any.Also,I believe milotic can learn Earthquake,and would outspeed most electric types,giving you only one weakness.
BTW,impressive team.one time I went fishing in the cave and the first thing i got was feebas,but after knowing about it for 5+ years.You are one heck of a trainer with that team.

CAN'T learn Earthquake. Besides, it's as Special Sweeper, and Earthquake is Physical. Combined with the fact that Milotic has a Base Attack of 60, it would fit better on Gyrados.
Roserade's Shadow Ball is a Ghost Type attack, and Ghost is advantageous against Psychic Types, so it would be fine on Roserade.
